I’m Renata Taravski, Soul Alignment Coach and Spiritual Mentor, on a mission to help soul-driven women, like you, move past their hidden fears, reconnect with their higher selves, and start living a life aligned with their purpose. I’m also a Naturopath in Ontario, Certified Yoga Teacher, co-founder of soul sister duo Wellness Witches, an author and speaker.
The most common question I get is “how IN the WORLD did you get to where you are today?”
Let’s rewind to 4 years ago. I was on my ‘desired’ career path as a full-time Naturopathic Doctor and I did quite well. In less than two years after graduating and without any business background, I built a successful full-time naturopathic practice. As a full-fledged entrepreneur, It looked like I “made it.” But I was anxious, tired, and having panic attacks at work. My face was breaking out in a rash, my adrenals were messed up, I was gaining weight, and simply, something just felt ‘off’.
“What TF is happening?
WHy DO I feel so stressed?”
And then it hit me.
I was doing what “made sense” on paper but I was completely out of alignment with what my soul was calling me to do.
I was seeing all these patients that needed more than supplements and nutritional recommendations to get off dairy because that stuff isn’t going to do anything if you don’t deal with what’s going on inside your heart and soul.
I quit my full-time practice as a naturopathic doctor and went part-time. I had zero plan, $20k in student loans, and not much other than the innate knowing that I had to follow what I was currently being called to do:
Lean into the side of me that’s a spiritual rebel…
So I could start coaching people outside the scope of naturopathic medicine on their purpose, push them to stop ‘should’ing’, and finally give them the confidence they need to START living from the heart.
I re-invested in my business, trained with several coaches, trusted my intuition, studied astrology and tarot and shifted my mindset. Might sound easy but it was messy AF at times, way out of my comfort zone and I wouldn’t have changed it for anything.
So, why am I telling you this?
Because I believe that being in alignment, is a non-negotiable element when it comes to your health, and building a profitable business & life that fuels your purpose. Imagine vacuuming without the plug in? You’d never do that would you?!
That vacuum is your life.
Alignment is the plugged in cord which makes what you want possible.
And if you’re vacuuming in your life without it being plugged in, you’re not going to accomplish much besides a couple vacuum marks.
